Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was extremely tiny, with rooms so small two persons hardly could turn or walk in. The view was to ruins around, and the housekeeping in the room, bathroom, and floors was very poor. The old, dirty furniture and curtains were never washed. The toilet had dark stains during our entire 5-day stay, and only the bed was made without any hoovering, cleaning, or towels exchange possibilities. There wasn't even a mirror in the bathroom, making the space so tight I couldn't even move or store our luggage. The location was also in a terrible place, making it incredibly hard to connect to the internet.
The hotel's location is superb, near Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, making it convenient for shopping, transportation, and entertainment. The rooms, although containing all necessities, were not clean upon arrival, with stains on the sheets and leftover items from previous guests. The service started off promising but declined towards the end, with a mix of friendly and rude interactions. The dining experience was subpar due to limited variety and loud music in the entrance room. The facilities were average, lacking standout features.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was superb right off Taksim Square, the noisy rooms overlooking the street made it hard to rest. The service, especially from Mr Ali, was friendly and helpful, but initially unfriendly. The dining experience was average with limited options for breakfast.
